Clients appreciate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions. Those who commit to a process for a period of time receive the most enduring results.

My way is most often described as: nourishing, soulful, gentle, wise, grace-filled, magical, feminine, outside-the-box, and sometimes it’s even described as a bit weird. My approach is presence-based, heart-centered, experiential, and embodied.
This is not your ‘typical therapy’, nor would you want it to be.
