Energy Sensitives are Here to Save the Day

I see more and more empaths and sensitives in my psychotherapy practice. This is partly because I am one, and tend to attract clients who resonate with who I am. It’s also because there are more and more of us.

This is not by chance. It’s by divine design.

We are here on earth to seed a culture of feeling and heart-centered being on this planet desperately in need of deep feelers and healers. When we feel deeply, we care deeply. We can’t help it.

When we care deeply, we are far less likely to cause harm.

A planet well populated by sensitives is a planet where all of gods tender and fierce creatures are treated with love and respect. It’s a planet where ants, bumble bees, and blades of grass are revered as much as wolves, eagles, and mountains. It’s a planet where trees, rivers, and meadows are felt and known as wise allies and guides.

Sensitives can attune to the collective energies and harmonize them. We have the heightened sensitivity required to do healing work at a deeper level than someone living and operating with greater density. It’s those with density and disconnect that have gotten us into this mess!

When you can feel Gaia in every cell of your body you cannot help but fall in love with her. You cannot help but want to cherish and protect her. You cannot help but become devoted to her. Earth and her inhabitants need love now more than ever.

Sensitives and empaths, stop shaming yourself for your permeability. Claim your gifts. You are here as part of the great turning, the shift into walking as love, breathing as love, living as love. We are here to heal the world.

:: REFLECT ::

Sensitives tend to make themselves wrong for how sensitive they truly are. If this is you, I invite you to imagine instead that your sensitivity is your greatest superpower and a treasure that you carry for this world.

In your journal reflect on the following:

  • What is right about my sensitivity?

  • How does my sensitive nature serve my life?

  • How could my sensitivity serve the earth community and the world?

  • If I were to truly embrace and celebrate my sensitive nature, how might my life experience be different?
